Anastasia Baranova is a Russian-American model and actress who is popularly known for playing the character of Jennifer Scout Lauer on the 2002 NBC adventure comedy TV series, Scout’s Safari. She also gained recognition for depicting Addison Grace Carver in the 2014 American horror comedy-drama series, Z Nation. The elegant looking movie star was born in Moscow, Russia SFSR, the Soviet Union in 1989. She celebrates her birthdays on every 23rd of April. The identity of her father is not known as she only revealed that she was brought up by her mother, Ata Baranova. Ata and her daughter emigrated from Moscow to Minnesota, USA in 1998 and later relocated to California where Anastasia started pursuing her dream of becoming an actress.
The details of her siblings, if any, is unknown as she has not disclosed such information to the media. However, the comely actress had her childhood experiences in California, USA. Regarding her ethnicity and nationality, Anastasia Baranova is a white Russian American. Following her graduation from high school, she enrolled at Chapman University, Orange, California where she graduated with a degree. Anastasia Baranova who first started her career as a model in Russia, got her acting career off to a start when she was cast to play the character of Cara Gunther in Over The Hill episode of the 2002 Disney Channel TV show, Lizzie McGuire. Almost soon after, the adroit actress took over the center stage with her sensational performance while playing a lead role as Jennifer Scout Lauer alongside Freedom Hadebe, Chantell Stander and Hlomla Dandala in the 2002 NBC TV series, Scout’s Safari.
The series was a commercial success as it received positive reviews and also aided her in picking up minor roles in several highly rated television series within 2004 and 2005 which includes appearing as an Exchange Student in one episode of Joan of Arcadia, as Lizzie Manning in one episode of Veronica Mars, as Yooke in one episode of Drake & Josh, as Lizzie Wheeler in one episode of 7th Heaven and as Sonja in one episode of Malcolm in the Middle.
In addition, the pretty actress achieved another milestone in her acting career by making her big-screen debut when she was cast as a Teen Girl in the 2007 film, Rise: Blood Hunter.
