Brooks Koepka was born in Florida and he lived in Lake Worth as a child. His nationality is American but his name is of Polish or German background which shows his family must have links to those regions. The golfer who was born on May 3, 1990, had his education in his birthplace, at Cardinal Newman High School located in West Palm Beach and furthered in Florida State University.
Brooks Koepaka started his career while in school as he played golf as an Amateur and there is no denying that the young American golfer is heading to becoming the game’s biggest next thing. He won three events and was a three-time All American. Unlike many 13-year-old Americans, Brooks started taking golf more seriously, practicing for long hours on green courses, and surely he has he seen the reward of his effort.
Just two years into his professional career (2014), he had his first PGA Tour and finished third. That was followed by a fourth place at the U.S Open which earned him an invitation for Masters and PGA Tour deal to play in the 2014-2015 season. Brook is from a sports-loving family. His father Bob Koepka was a West Virginia Wesleyan pitcher while his grand-uncle played basketball. His brother Chase who was born in 1994 is following the footstep of Brooks. He currently plays golf in the amateur category and has won several tournaments including the Reese Jones Invitational of 2013, 2014 Invitational at the Ocean Course, and the Mission Inn Spring Spectacular of 2016.
