Chanel West Coast has so many things going for her in the competitive showbiz industry. She is probably most known as a television personality but more than that, Chanel has her coast extended to the music and modeling landscapes. She is a singer-songwriter and a model who has also explored the acting scene.
The American entertainer came into the limelight thanks to her roles in Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory and Ridiculousness. But even before all of that, she had started preparing for stardom. With Tupac as one of her sources of inspiration, she embraced the paths of a rapper. This, in conjunction with the fact that she grew up in a bustling music scene, contributed to the choices that have ultimately seen her become a well-known name in the entertainment world.

Released under the Young Money, Cash Money, and Republic labels, the album peaked at the 3rd spot on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums, 4th on its Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and 7th on the Billboard 200. Her Modeling Exploits Has Seen Her Launch Two Clothing Lines
Being a television personality and a musician were not enough for Chanel West Coast, so she embraced the modeling industry as well. This is hardly a surprise as she is quite good looking and sassy enough to thrive in the business. There is no doubt that she is a petite woman, but that does not have a dampening effect on her feistiness. Chanel West Coast is 5 feet and 2 inches tall. She may not be towering, but her height corresponds greatly with her weight of 57 kg. In addition to all this, her body measures 36-26-37 inches, making her a pear-shaped beauty.
She is mostly an Instagram model and has gathered several millions of followers on the platform. Consolidating on her experience as a model and her celebrity status, she launched a clothing line called LOL Cartel. She would later add another line known as Valleywood to that.
According to her, the latter came to be after she was approached by a company to model a line of their clothing. But then, they heard her ideas and decided it would be more profitable to have her model her own line.
Her Real Name Is Chelsea Chanel Dudley
The star was born in September 1988 in Los Angeles, California, and has an interesting racially mixed background. While her mother is of English descent, her dad is of Russian Jewish descent.
She spent most of her early life in North Hollywood and New York City, with her mother and father respectively. Her love for all things music could be traced back to her childhood when her father, being a DJ, took her to a number of Nightclubs as a kid. In addition to that, she started receiving singing and dancing lessons at a tender age.
As fly as the name Chanel West Coast is, it is just a pseudonym. The star was born Chelsea Chanel Dudley and thought that the name would not give her enough street cred. Her choice to also pursue a singing and rapping career may have had something to do with this. Fortunately, her television and music career kicked off at roughly the same time, so the name stuck.
