Chip Gaines is an American reality TV star. The realtor/contractor rose to fame thanks to his home improvement TV series, Fixer Upper. Chip Gaines was born on the 14th of November 1974 in Albuquerque New Mexico. He hails from a family of four; his father’s name is Bob while his mother’s name is Gayle Gaines. He also has a sister named Shannon. The reality TV star spent his formative years on his father’s ranch in Waco Texas. Whilst growing up, Gaines excelled in baseball and even hoped to make a career out of it. He, however, failed to make the cut for college and instead concentrated his attention on his studies. Chip Gaines studied Marketing and Business Administration at Baylor University and graduated in 1998. Upon graduation, he tried his hands at several business ventures, including laundry service, fireworks stand and a landscaping company before he discovered his natural aptitude for real estate.

Joanna Stevens Gaines was born on the 19th of April 1978 in Kansas.
