Danny Trejo was paid $320 every day for the job. He was so good at the job that it caught the admiration of the movie director, Andrei Konchalovsky. He offered him a small role in the movie as a boxer. He played the role of Robert’s opponent in the movie and that was how he earned his breakthrough.

Since then, he has appeared in more than 250 movies and TV series combined. These include Desperado (1995), Point Blank (1998), Spy Kids (2001), Desperate Housewives (2005), Bones (2011), Sons of Anarchy (2008- 2014) and host of others.
