George Hill Met His Wife While Playing for the San Antonio Spurs
Hill is another private basketballer who keeps his personal life away from the prying eyes of the media. But then, he couldn’t perpetually keep his love life a secret as it came to the fore that the Indiana native was dating Samantha Garcia, a Brazilian who grew up in Texas, USA.
According to reports, the couple met many years ago when George Hill was still playing with the San Antonio Spurs. The point guard had bumped into her and they became friends. With time, the relationship became intimate.
Five years after they started dating, George and Samantha took the relationship to another level as the NBA star proposed in 2016.
They Got Married After Having Two Kids
Before they got married, it was thought that the two were official life partners. This is because Samantha and George have two children already.
They welcomed their first child, a son named Zayden Jaxon Hill on the 16th of January 2016. His sister Zoë Jessie Hill joined the family on the 4th of January 2018.
The couple eventually exchanged vows on the 13th of August 2018 and has been together ever since. Like her husband, Samantha attended Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis.
