What Are The Requirements For Ghana Immigration Service?

Requirements For Non-Graduate (Entry Levels)

- You must possess a diploma from a reputable institution
- You must have completed National Service
- Be of a minimum age of 18 and not more than 30 years by the time you are applying
- You must be physically and medically fit
- You must be of good character and NOT be bonded
- You must be at least 173 cm (5ft 8in) tall for males and at least 163 cm (5ft 4in) tall if you are female.

- You must be Ghanaian by birth

- You must possess Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited institution

Applying for a job in GIS is no rocket science, it is as easy as taking the following steps that will be highlighted below but before then, here are things you need to get ready before proceeding with the application.
List Of Documents Required For The Application
- Electronic voucher (costing GH¢ 100)
- Passport size photograph (200×180 pixels dimension of JPEG/JPG format with size not exceeding 2.0 MB ready to be uploaded)
- Copy of your certificate (SSSCE/WASSCE, Diploma, HND, Degree)
Step By Step Application Procedure
Step 1: To begin the application process you must have purchased the E-voucher sold for One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 100.00). On your internet-enabled device log on to
https://www.gisrecruitments.com/ to fill in the required information
Step 2: Once you login onto the dashboard, locate the section to fill in the serial number on the voucher to kick off the application properly.
Step 3: Ensure to fill out all the information required on the application form and upload a passport-sized photograph then click on the submit button to submit your online application
NB: While filling the form, take note of the sections marked with an asterisk (*), they are mandatory and can not be skipped, so ensure they are filled out properly before clicking on the NEXT button to proceed to the next stage until the entries are completed and submitted.

How And Where To Purchase Ghana Immigration Service Application E-Voucher
The GIS electronic voucher can be bought through two ways: bank or USSD
Bank Method
GIS Electronic Voucher costs One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 100.00) and can be purchased at any of the various branches of the GCB Bank Ltd scattered across the country.
USSD Method
If you don’t want to go to the bank, you can actually purchase the voucher from the comfort of your home or wherever you are using a USSD code.
- Dial the short code *422*473# from your mobile phone
- Follow the prompt and allow payment via mobile money on all mobile networks
- After the payment has been confirmed to be successful, a Serial Number & Pincode will be sent via SMS alert to you
- Visit https://www.gisrecruitments.com/ with the serial number/code to fill in all the required information
NB: If you purchased more than one voucher, you’ll need to use the same email address and details used in purchasing the earlier voucher as the information will not change. What this means is that even with the new serial number and pin, you will access your already existing account when logged in.
