Josh Ryan Evans was born on the 10th of January, 1982 in the city of Hayward, California, United States of America. There isn’t any information about Josh Ryan’s parents or siblings as it appears his family has managed to keep an extremely low profile after his death. This is understandable as constantly having the media prying into your lives can be mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting. Whoever his parents are, however, the world owes them gratitude for being very supportive of Josh’s career even at such an early age. Josh Ryan was an American by nationality and had Caucasian ethnicity.
Josh Ryan Evan’s career started at the tender age of 12 when he appeared multiple times on TV in various commercials. As a result of his condition, achondroplasia, Josh Ryan looked and spoke like a child standing at only 3 feet 2 inches (97cm). Because of this, he always played the role of a toddler or child in movies. When he was 17 years old, he featured in his first movie titled Baby Geniuses. From 1999 to 2002, he played a major role in the popular soap opera Passions as the character Timmy. He appeared in 132 episodes of the soap opera until his death on August 2002. After his death, the storyline of Passions was immediately changed as it was initially planned that his character would die and become an angel on the show.
In 2000, he appeared in the popular film How the Grinch Stole Christmas as the Young Grinch. This talented young man also featured in other movies such as 7th Heaven, where he played the role of Adam, P.T Barnum, where he played the role of General Tom Thumb, Ally McBeal where he played the role of Oren Koolie, Family Matters where he played the role of Stevil Double and Hey Arnold where he was the voice of a third-grader.

How and When Did He Die?
Unfortunately, this brilliant actor died on the 5th of August, 2002. According to reports, he had died during a surgical procedure in San Diego where he had developed complications related to a congenital heart disease, although the exact disease is not known. On the day that he died, as a tribute to him, the death scene of his character Timmy which had been filmed before his death was aired and it brought many fans to tears that day.
After his death, the body of Josh Evans was cremated and his ashes were buried at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park located in Hollywood Hills. Although he is gone, the world will always remember his name and speak of him with praise.
