The couple then went on to solemnize the union on 22nd November 2014 at St. Pauls Cathedral located in Pittsburgh. The pair chose the wedding date to be on the 22nd with regards to the jersey No. 22 worn by Andrew McCutchen at the Pirates. Then on 27th November 2017, Maria Hanslovan gave birth to her first child, a son named Steel Stefan McCutchen. She has been active on Twitter and Instagram where she often shares posts about her faith as well as cute family pictures.

Just like his wife, McCutchen is also a practicing Christian as his father is a church minister.
