Eddy Curry’s wife is Patrice Curry who was born on March 9, 1979. The couple got married in 2005, and they have four children: Reiganna (daughter), Reign (son), Reagan (daughter), and Reidan (son).

As a result of their marriage, Patrice was a cast member of the Los Angeles edition of Basketball Wives. She was in the 4th season of the show.

In the course of Patrice’s marriage to Eddy, the two have grown to become a somewhat large family with their four children and the other three children that Eddy has from other relationships.

Patrice Curry Became Eddy Curry’s Wife in 2005

Patrice and Eddy got married in 2005. There is not a lot of information on the early days of their marriage or how they met, but the two have been together for almost 2 decades. In that time, their marriage and relationship have come under the spotlight for a number of reasons, most especially for things Eddy had done against his wife, Patrice.

The Currys’ Almost Divorced Four Years Into Their Union

Before his marriage to Patrice, Eddy had been in the news for a number of unsavory reasons. He had a number of relationships with different people and had been previously married to his high school sweetheart, Korie Kellogg. The two got married on Valentine’s day 2001 but got divorced a few months after when he got drafted by the Chicago Bulls.

Around the same time when he ended his marriage, he had a relationship with another woman called Nova Henry, and then a year after, he got married to Patrice. Nova Henry had his first child, a boy called Noah, born in 2006. The existence of Noah was kept hidden from Patrice, and Eddy continued his relationship with Nova Henry even while still married.

Two years later, in February of 2008, Nova Henry had another child for Curry, this time, it was a girl, Ava. A year later in January of 2009, Ava and Nova Henry were killed by a man called Fredrick Goings, the attorney that Henry had hired to help with her paternity case against Curry, who at the time was refusing to pay child support.

On the day of the shooting, Goings had managed to not kill Noah. When the police came to the house, they met Noah sleeping. Apparently, he had tried to wake his mother and sister up, and when they were unresponsive, he figured they were asleep, and he also went to sleep.

Goings was not only Henry’s lawyer; the two also had a romantic relationship. A few months before her shooting, she had told Curry that Goings was dangerous, but he had dismissed her concerns even after she had told him that Goings had brought a gun to the baby shower she had for Ava. The gun had been brought in the hopes of killing Curry, but Curry believed that he had good enough protection with his bodyguards and did not need to worry about him.

When she died, their relationship became public knowledge, and immediately, his marriage was in trouble. Eddy Curry had not told Patrice of the kids he had with Nova Henry, and she had been completely unaware of the affair that the two had.

This led to the two getting separated for a year, and they only got back together the following year after the murders, which also resulted in Curry getting full custody of his son Noah. In an old blog that Patrice used to run, she talks about how taking care of Noah was seemingly more stressful than she imagined.

Patrice Curry’s Husband was Involved in a Sexual Harassment Case

In the same year that Nova Henry and Ava were killed, on the 19th of January 2009, Eddy Curry was sued by David Kuchinsky, his driver. The suit was for sexual harassment. Kuchinsky had claimed that Curry had tried to solicit sex from him, had called him racial slurs, and also owed him money. The case was dismissed in court and sent to arbitration, and Curry had to pay Kuchinsky.

In a tell-all article that Curry wrote in 2020, he revealed that after the proceedings, the driver confessed that he had only done it for the money. He also stated that before hiring him, his wife Patrice had warned him about it, particularly as Kuchinshky was an ex-convict.

Eddy and Patrice Curry Have Four Children Together

Patrice and Eddy Curry have four children together. Their first child, Reign Curry, was born on the 7th of February in 2003. He is one of the children Patrice and Eddy had together before they got married. He was born 2 years before their wedding in 2005.

Their second child together is Reigan Storm Aaliyah, who was born on the 31st of October, 2004. They did not have any kids until 2006, a year after their marriage. Regianna Curry is the 3rd child of Patrice and Eddy, and was born on the 2nd of September, 2006.

Patrice’s last child Reidan Curry was born on 17th June 2010. While she was pregnant with him, she was separated from Eddy, as that was the year that Nova Henry and Ava died.

Apart from her four kids with Eddy, Patrice became the guardian of her youngest sister, Brandi, after their parents died, and she adopted her as her own child on the 23rd of July 2003.

Who Are Eddy Curry’s Children?

Eddy has a total of 7 children, with one of his children being dead, Ava. His six living children are Eddy III, Noah, Reign, Reigan, Regianna, and Reidan.

His first child is called Eddy III, and he had him with Korie Kellogg. He was granted custody of his son after Kellogg had been arrested for beating him with a belt. After the birth of Eddy III, he had six more children, two with his girlfriend, Nova Henry, and four with his wife, Patrice Curry.

Nova Henry’s 2 children were Noah and Ava, the former was born on the 28th of November, 2005, while his sister Ava was born in 2008. Ava died on the same day as her mother.

Regardless of the issues surrounding the introduction of Noah into the family, Patrice quickly took to claiming him as one of her children and constantly showers him with the same amount of love and affection as she does her other children, which she shares on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram.
