Mika’s father was born on March 30, 1958, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He graduated from Newark Valley High School located in Newark Valley, New York. Mike took part in amateur wrestling in high school where he clinched the 215 lb class in 1976 and emerged 4th at the New York State Championships. He passed through Syracuse University before taking up a pro career in wrestling.

Known with the ring name of Bo Dallas, Taylor Rotunda was born on May 25, 1990, and like his brother Windham, he equally followed in their father’s footsteps and presently wrestles as part of the WWE. Taylor has won the NXT Championship and RAW Tag Team Championship with Curtis Axel. He is the husband of Sarah Bäckman whom he married in 2014; they are yet to have their own kids.

Mika Rotunda is a typical daddy’s girl and maintains a close relationship with her father. In one of her posts on Instagram, the only daughter of Mike Rotunda said that she remembers knowing from an early age how strong her father really was. Mika explained that she always wondered why her dad’s hands felt so tough whenever she held them and would ask him why.
Mika said she could vividly remember how diligently and relentlessly her dad would work in the gym and thought it was just part of what made him the man that he is.
