Milica Krstic Marjanovic’s husband Boban Marjanovic was born August 15, 1988, in Zajecar, Serbia. His notable career in basketball started at an early age all thanks to his incredible height which all but charted a career course for him. At age 14, he was already standing tall at 6 feet 10.5 inches. He first signed for Hemofarm in his home country and stayed with the club from 2005 to 2010 when the chance to play for CSKA Moscow came through.

His stay at Moscow was short-lived as he soon returned back to the Serbian league a year later and experienced a spell of loans before being signed by Mega Vizura. He played for a host of other clubs until 2013 when he put pen to paper on a two-year deal with Crena Zvezda and was selected to the ideal team of 2013-2014 ABA League season along with famous DeMarcus Nelson the very next year. By the end of the 2014-2015 season, Marjanovic was selected as the MVP of the ABA league playoffs.

His big break finally came on July 17, 2015, when the San Antonio Spurs a million-dollar contract of one year with Boban Marjanovic. It didn’t just end there as he continued to rise through prominence in the sports. He got another contract deal in 2017 worth $21 million from the Detroit Pistons which saw him playing for the next 3 seasons for the club. He was then traded to the Los Angeles Clippers in 2018.

Boban Marjanovic’s career has been decorated with a gold medal which he won with the Serbian national team at the 2007 FIBA Under-19 World Championship, a Serbian league championship, 3 Serbian super league MVPs, as well as ABA League among others.
