Come 2017, Barack Obama will hand over the mantle of leadership to another and the Obama household will move out from the White House.
In preparation for the post-presidential life, a homey yet exotic residence has been identified as the Obamas’ New Home.
According to the soon-to-hand-over president, they intend to remain in the DC neighborhood for a while. This is to make it easier for his last daughter Sasha who is still in high school to adjust to the change. Recall that they have lived in the classy neighborhood for over 7 years.
“We’re going to have to stay a couple of years in D.C. probably so Sasha can finish. Transferring someone in the middle of high school? Tough.”– Obama

The interior of the “meticulously renovated” D.C home has been noted to have state of the art decors, furnishing and finishing. The new house also has a family room and a suite.
