Following their breakup, Zoe Mthiyane has approached the courts to force her baby daddy to pay a R29,900 monthly child maintenance fee for his son. Also, her demands include R2,500 for a driver, R2,450 for groceries, R500 for garden services, R1,625 for the child’s wardrobe, and just R100 for his toiletries. Then R4,970 for school fees and R4,970 for holidays. However, Robert refused to meet her demands and that led to her writing him open letters which she posted on social media.
In the letters, Zoe bashed Robert Marawa which got them embroiled in a rather public war of words. They exchanged words via the letters, wherein the actress continued accusing him of not showing any responsibility for their son but left her to struggle to raise the child alone. Robert on his part denied the claims by saying that he has contributed to the child’s maintenance from day one. However, the court ordered him to pay only R6 000 instead but Marawa has been paying R2,500 all along.
