Tara Lipinski was born on June 10, 1982, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States of American to Patricia Lipinski and Jack Lipinski. She has polish ancestry and is the only child born by her parents. She she spent her early life in Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
