Stray Kids is a South Korean boy band that was formed by JYP Entertainment in 2017. The members of the group were chosen thanks to the 2017 reality show Stray Kids. Their pre-debut EP was released in January 2018 and was titled Mixtape. Their official debut, however, was with the debut EP I Am Not on the 25th of March, 2018. The EP debuted at no. 4 on Gaon’s Album Chart, selling over fifty-four thousand copies in March alone. Stray Kids members had their first overseas performance in April 2018. Their third and fourth EPs, titled I Am Who and I Am You were released in August and October of the same year respectively.

Christopher Bang, also known as Bang Chan, was born on the 3rd of October, 1997. He is the leader, lead vocalist, lead dancer, and producer of Stray Kids. Although his birthplace is not known, he relocated to Australia when he was very young. After attending a JYP audition in Australia, he joined the group in 2010.
His full name is Kim Woo-Jin and he was born on the 8th of April, 1997. He is the main vocalist on the boy group Stray Kids and was born in Daejeon, South Korea. He has always had a passion for music and reportedly trained musically for two years. He lists Bruno Mars as his role model and said that if he wasn’t a part of the Stray Kids, he would be a vocal trainer or a music teacher. He plays the guitar and also the piano.
His full name is Lee Min-ho and he was born on the 25th of October, 1998. He was born in Gimpo, South Korea and is the main dancer, vocalist, and rapper of Stray Kids. Before joining the boy group, he trained at JYP for one year and was also a backup dancer for the popular K-Pop group, BTS. His role model is Taecyeon from 2PM and says that if he wasn’t in Stray Kids, he would be a dancer.
Seo Chang-bin, also known as Changbin, was born on the 11th of August, 1999 in Yongin, South Korea. He is the main rapper, vocalist, and producer of the boy group Stray Kids. Changbin is a naturally fast talker and that’s how he developed his interest in rapping. His role models are G-dragon from BIGBANG and Kendrick Lamar. If he wasn’t in Stray Kids, he says he would be a producer, writer, or tattooist.
His full name is Hwang Hyun-Jin and he was born on the 20th of March, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. He is Stray Kids’ main dancer, lead rapper, and visual. Although born in South Korea, he lived in Las Vegas for a while and even bears the English name Sam Hwang and can speak basic English. He attended the School of Performing Arts in Seoul where he studied practical dance and graduated in February 2019.
Han Ji-sung, whose English name is Peter Han, was born on the 14th of September, 2000 in Incheon, South Korea. He is the main rapper, lead vocalist, and producer in the group. Although born in South Korea, he lived in Malaysia for a while and can speak fluent English. His role model is Zico from Block B and he says that if he wasn’t in Stray Kids, he would be a music producer. He trained for 3 years before joining the group.
His birth name is Lee Felix, Korean name is Lee Yong-bok and he was born on the 15th of September, 2000 in Sydney, Australia. He is a lead dancer and lead rapper on Stray Kids. He plays the piano and his role model is G-Dragon from BIGBANG. Felix is also a trained Taekwondo fighter and won multiple medals as a child. He speaks fluent English and some of his hobbies include dancing, listening to music, traveling, beatboxing, and shopping for clothes.
Kim Seung-min was born on the 22nd of September, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. He is a lead vocalist on Stray Kids. He lived in Los Angeles for 3 months where he learned to speak English. He joined JYP in 2017.
His birth name is Yang Jeong-in and he was born on the 8th of February, 2001 in Busan, South Korea. He is the youngest member of Stray Kids and is a vocalist on the group. He trained for two years before joining the boy group.
