Erwin Bach first met his future wife at an EMI party held in London in 1986. The two became fast friends and by 1987, commenced a romantic relationship. The couple was together for 27 years during which they established a solid romance. People often wondered when they would tie the knot and Bach would cheekily reply that they were already married, save for the fact that they have not walked down the aisle. Bach and Turner later formalized their union in a civil ceremony held in July 2013. The wedding was held on the banks of Lake Zurich and featured guests such as talk show queen, Oprah Winfrey, legendary singers, David Bowie, and Sade, as well as famed designer, Giorgio Armani. Bach and his wife primarily make their home in the town of Kusnacht, Zurich, Switzerland.
