Step 1 – Accessing the Link to the Application Portal

  • The first step is to access the institution’s application portal which they usually advertise beforehand.
  • Be sure to check on the internet space for their adverts and get your link from the right source. The reason for this is that some websites might be masquerading as the official application portal for RVIST which might mislead many applicants into submitting their applications to the wrong sites.
  • Clicking from the institution’s advert page ensures that the page you followed is authentic and is secure.

Step 2 – Signup on The Portal

  • At the foot of the page, you will see an orange signup button, click on it
If your device is on a zoom-in setting, you may not be able to see the button and may need to zoom out. Once you see the button, sign up with your details like name, phone number, and emails, and wait to receive a response from the portal.
  • Your mobile number or email will receive a six digit-number as a password. In some cases, the message might delay or may not be sent at all. Thus, after checking your phone, also peruse your email, both inbox, and spam to access the message.
  • Now, select the log-in button and access the portal by entering the password that was sent to you, your mobile number, or your email.
  • Once you have successfully logged onto the RVIST student portal, it will prompt you to change your password. Your new password should be something you can easily remember and it must consist of six characters or more.
  • When you are done with changing your password, the system will return you to the login prompt where you will proceed to log in with your new details.

Step 3 Filling the admission Form

  • Once your second log-in is successful, search for the “Apply Now” button on the home page and click on it. This will reveal the advertised schemes for your perusal. Before going ahead to apply for any of the schemes, be sure to carefully read and digest the accompanying instructions for them.
  • After making a choice, proceed to populate all the fields on the application form with the right information.
  • There are stipulated minimum information that ought to be captured before submission will be enabled, if not, you will not be able to submit. This calls for a careful process of information gathering before logging on to the portal
  • However, if all the necessary information is not handy, then you can explore the option of saving your half-filled form and when you gather all the required details, you can return, login, and complete your application.
  • The application form will be submitted after you have provided all the necessary details
