He watched Sushi king perform and he began to develop an interest in the art and started to learn how to produce music as well as mix songs as a DJ.
Kaybee eventually dropped out of school in grade 11 and ended up getting a girl pregnant. With the harsh reality of new responsibilities staring him in the face, he moved to Bloemfontein where he got his first job as a DJ in a Nigerian-owned club where he did exceptionally well at the job.
