Paul Wesley was born Paweł Tomasz Wasilewski in New Brunswick, New Jersey, on July 23, 1982, to Polish parents Tomasz and Agnieszka Wasilewski. Paul, alongside his elder sister, Monika Wasilewski (now Monica Emara) spent the greater part of their formative years in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. Asides Monika, Paul also had two younger sisters, Leah and Julia.
