The Boyz is a South Korean boy band composed of eleven members (formerly twelve), including Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Ju Haknyeon, Sunwoo and Eric.
K-pop has become a revolutionary trend in recent years. Several k-pop groups have made waves with their performances and discography. The Boyz is one of such groups. The Boyz is an all-male K-pop group that was honored with performing at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Signed with Cre.ker Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Japan, The Boyz made their debut in December 2017 and quickly gained a devoted fanbase. Their EP, The First, dropped on the 6th of December 2017, with Boy as the lead single.
The group consists of twelve members. Before the group was formed, one of The Boyz members, Joo Hak Nyeon, became popular thanks to his participation in Produce 101 Season 2. Unfortunately, in the final round, he scored too low to be made a part of Wanna One.
