Ariel Geltman Graynor was born on the 27th of April 1983 in Massachusetts, Boston. She attended the Buckingham Browne & Nichols Private School in Cambridge. After that, she attended Trinity College, a private liberal arts college in Connecticut.
Ari Graynor realized that she wanted to become an actress while she was very young. She informed her parents of her choices and they were extremely supportive of her. They showed their support by having to take her to auditions for parts in various stage productions in New York from Boston where they lived.
