Ronni Hawk is an uprising American television actress. Her journey in the world of creativity started at the age of five as a dancer. Then she worked on commercials, and then as a model before she committed to the art of acting, which has now made her a rising star.

As an actress, she became famous for her role as Rachel Diaz in Stuck in the Middle (2016-2018). Over the years, she has made appearances in other projects, from On My Block to Average Guys, embellishing her name among Hollywood’s growing crop of future superstars.

Ronni Hawk’s Speedy Journey to Hollywood

Ronni Hawk was born on September 9, 1999, as Veronica Faith Hawk. Her parents are Ronald Hawk, a dentist and Bambi Hawk, an office manager. She grew up in Boca Raton, Florida, along with four siblings – two sisters, Katy, Ashlyn, and two brothers, Ben and Jared.

Since Ronni hit the big time, her ethnicity has come under question. While most people typically defer to her being white because of Caucasian features, her background, particularly her affinity for Latino communities, suggests she might be more. Well, Ronni is Latino, with European ancestral origins that include English, German and Italian. At the moment, it is difficult to determine the parent responsible for which ethnic origin.

She was five years old when she began performing, well before she became famous enough for the world to care about her ethnicity. Ronni started learning different types of dances, including ballet, modern, and jazz at the Boca Ballet Theater in Florida.

At twelve, Ronni started featuring in service and product advertisements for numerous companies. She appeared in commercials for Atlantis, KFC, Target, Bank of America, Bon Prix and Kohl’s, among others. Through all of this, Ronni Hawk did not abandon her education. She attended the BAK Middle School of Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida.

With her growing portfolio and great looks on her shoulders, she became a local model, combining commercials with print campaigns. A piece of advice from acting coaches eventually set Ronni on the path of Hollywood.

A Young But Impressive Acting Career

Ronni Hawk made her television acting debut in 2014 in the TV series, Playing Hooky. Beginning her acting career, Hawk only got roles in short films, including the 2014 thriller Found, as well as crime movie Oak Hill Silence.

She appeared in five other short movies all in 2014 before she finally landed her first significant role in Disney’s 2016 television comedy series, Stuck in the Middle. She starred as the main character, Rachel Diaz, the oldest of seven children alongside teen actors Nicholas Bechtel, Jenna Ortega, and Isaak Presley.

Stuck in the Middle put Ronni Hawk on the map, having featured 40 out of the show’s 57 episodes. The popularity of her role and her character helped her land another prominent role in Netflix’s teenage series, On My Block. In 2018, she began starring as Olivia in the coming-of-age fiction show, which first aired on March 16, 2018. She appeared in nine episodes of the first season, before moving on to other projects.

Those projects include an episode appearance in the police procedural, S.W.A.T, where she played Tiffany in The Tiffany Experience. She has also gone on to make other appearances in Legacies, and the short film, The Gift of Giving and the Lukas Graham music video, Lie. In 2019, Ronni Hawk made her debut appearance in a feature-length movie, playing Bella in Average Guys. Her second film appearance, as Tomi Shaw in Girl with a Gun, is due for release soon.

So far, the young Florida-born actress has recorded more than 16 credits to her name. And while she is yet to receive any award or nomination, Ronni is talented enough for those to become part of her Hollywood story eventually.

Ronni Hawk is Also A Growing Social Activist

As a child, Ronni Hawk wanted to be a Criminal Defense lawyer, but now, she hopes to get a degree in Archaeology, as well as Cultural Management and Gypsies. In the meantime, she is dedicating the time she isn’t spending reading scripts or on sets, on social activism. Hawk is an upcoming social activist for issues mostly bordering around childhood cancer and environmental protection.

She has a strong desire to give back to society and is presently involved in several humanitarian movements. Hawk’s propensity for charity and social work comes from her father. He was part of mission trips for their church, where they provided dental services and basic needs to third world countries and poor communities in places like Colombia.

Some of those projects include The Young Storytellers Foundation, Star for a Night, and The Thirst Project. She has also participated in volunteer works such as beach sanitation and giving a hand at pounds. Ronni also has an affinity for animals and is a supporter of organizations providing love and shelter to them.

On her part, she has three pets – two dogs and a cat named Chanel, Paley, and Lila, respectively. Additionally, Ronni manages her blog through which she relays her views on important social matters. She also takes advantage of her social media platforms, across Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, where she has over a million followers.

Things are A Lot Quieter in Ronni’s Love Life

It appears she has so much time to engage in many endeavors, leaving her love life suffering, but that is not true. Ronni Hawk has been in a relationship since she was 15 years old. Unlike the relationship of her Stuck in the Middle character, whose boyfriend is unwelcomed by her family, her real-life boyfriend has a different experience.

Hawk’s family loves him, and he joins the growing list of love interests in the Hawk family. Ronni’s older brother and sister, who are very much older than her, are married. Unfortunately, the identity of her beau remains undisclosed. Eagle-eyed fans have pointed to a recurring figure on her Instagram, Aaron Reiser, as her boyfriend, but she has denied any chance of a romantic relationship between them. Aaron, is, however, a close friend and best friend, if you will. Not only is he close with Ronni, but he is also friends with her brother, Jared Hawk.
